Upic Solutions joins the wonderful world of blogs with this first post. We've developed this blog to help build a stronger community with our over 1000 end users across nearly 30 United Ways and affiliated organizations.
We've got a couple of new initatives under way to improve our services to our members...
1) On-demand classroom. We're currently testing our new on-demand learning series with the United Way in High Point, NC. Each web video is less than 10 minutes in length and is focused on a particular subject of interest.
2) New Andar help desk. In a few weeks, we will begin a roll-out of our new Andar help desk, designed to assist with "how to" questions and report writing assistance. Call our dedicated toll free number and you will reach an experienced Andar customer service rep ready to assist you.
